What I Wore Wednesday

Today I'm participating in What I Wore Wednesday over at The Pleated Poppy. For me it's literally- what I'm wearing today. At this very minute.

You guys know I'm a thrifter but you might not know that most of my wardrobe is made up of thrifty finds or major sale items. I enter a store and make a beeline for the sale racks.

What I'm wearing today-

What I'm Wearing

Free Shoes

Shirt- .99 Goodwill. I think it's from the Gap. It's navy with white polka dots.
Pants- Liz Claiborne via Ross sale rack
Belt- Target sale rack. They still have this belt and it's stretchy and I adore it.
Shoes- Free from Famous Footwear.

Yes, I said F-R-E-E. I participate in their rewards program and when the Fella buys his more expensive shoes I earn giftcards. These were on clearance for $10.00 and I had a rewards card for the same amount. Score!

That was fun. I think I'll try to do more of this. And maybe even smile next time. This was before my coffee. I'm just saying.

PS- If the title of my last post scared you. It's safe to go look at the vintage tins and buckets and stuff. I promise. There is no actual heavy metal music or anything. Just a very bad play on words.

Some people can shop at a thrift store and look Retro Chic, while others look like they shop in a thrift store...you have proven that you can look FABULOUS.....and thrifty.
