A little peak inside...

I thought we could take a little break from travel photos and head inside the little farmhouse. I know you like that. Just a little peak inside of our living room...

The old mirror on top of the mantel came from the trash at my old apartment. It's one of my favorite finds and seems meant for this space.

And I hung a new arrangement of prints and plates.

You see the print of the fields and sky? I found it a few weeks ago at my good old thrift store. I don't know for sure but it must be of Germany. It's exactly how my old German town exists in my mind. I guess this is sort of a travel photo for me. Here's a close-up.

This one came with it.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope your week is off to a great start.

Great finds! That mirror is so beautiful, how could anyone throw it away? Oh well, their loss is your gain. At least you were there to save it. :)

Love that mirror. Isn't it ironic how some of our finds of our past are just meant for our future and we don't understand until one day, it just comfortably nudges into realization?

I am still waiting for that day.

That mirror is gorgeous! Can't believe the things lucky people find in the trash. Amazing. Looks meant to be there. As though the two were built to match. I love to see inside the farmhouse.
