Man's best friend...

I have discovered the cure for hormonal marital strife.

This is for real. I could not possible make this up.

Here is what the site advertises:

Welcome to PMSBuddy.com! PMSBuddy.com is a free service created with a single goal in mind: to keep you aware of when your wife, girlfriend, mother, sister, daughter, or any other women in your life are closing in on "that time of the month" - when things can get intense for what may seem to be no reason at all.

For women, this is a great way to give people in your life a heads-up of when you might be feeling a bit irritable without having an awkward conversation.

What's more, we will not only keep you informed, but will give you some free advice on what to do about it. With PMSBuddy.com, there is no reason to ever be blindsided by PMS again. PMSBuddy.com - Saving relationships, one month at a time!

Gosh, and I always thought it was totally obvious. Now it seems your loved one can receive an e-mail notification in lieu of any intensity or awkwardness. Whew.

The Fella will be getting his e-mail today.

Being a menopausal gal I don't find the need for this particular buddy in my life, but trust me, when I was in PMS... it was obvious and Hubby DID NOT need a reminder by any means... lol

Now, why did I not think of this? Maybe because, being a gay man, it is easy to understand a simple calendar! I know, I know, straight men are a little handicapped in this area, but I must admit, this is a fantastic idea! I hope it sends an email saying, "today you should take flowers home with you and tell her you love her at least five times for no reason at all". Now that would be a great start!

Oh. My. I don't THINK I get bitchy when I'm PMS-y (SSG's next boyfriend will tell you if that's the case) but I DO get really weepy. Not sad, but like ... touched ... easily. Like by the right commercial. So I'm just a big old mess of "awwwwww!"

ROFL! They should hire you to write the emails. Where were they when my hubby needed emails?
