True blue...

These are the things that come after the rain and the rainbow. My pot of gold, so to speak. It amazes me how blue the sky is this time of year and how my photography skills (or lack there of) are enhanced by the beautiful Autumn light.

I took these photos about a week ago and had forgotten about them. The sky is so vibrant and clear.

This was my last basket of tomatoes before we had frost last week. And the trees have already lost all that green and are dressed in their Fall palette. On the way home last night it suddenly occurred to me that the trees around here were the most vibrant shades of golds and red with a smattering of green hanging on here and there. I swear it happens overnight. I wish they could just stay like that forever. Fall leaves and true blue skies...
