Not a typical Monday

There aren't usually lights outside my door. Great day for a zit, huh?

There isn't usually a band. (I think that needs to change.)

But today is not a typical Monday. Today a little Hollywood comes to Richmond. And they are filming right outside our office.

And no, Mom, I haven't met anyone yet.

Hi Daughter! - are you insinuating that your MOM is nosey...that your MOM would be sneaking around out there in the shadows trying not to miss a thing and maybe striking up a conversation with someone in hopes that I might end up in the movie, maybe standing by to be a fill in if the need should arise...I thought you knew your MOM like a book...you hurt my feelings. Now, here is what I want you to do as your MOM has encountered this situation before...hopefully you don't have anything (meaning work) that has to be done, so you can be on the look out at all times and of course your sidekick (Mrs. C)can help out and Mrs. T) if she is around and the other person I assume is already in the dressing room getting ready to take part or take over. Hopefully there is a little cleavage around your office today and I give you permission to use this if it will draw attention to yourself or those others that I feel worthy of being allowed to hang around and watch. Hopefully T will be around as we know how she shows plenty of cleavage and likes to flaunt it :>). Make sure you have plenty of batteries for your camera and it wouldn't hurt for the others to have their cameras available also...Oh, and since there is the band set up, I almost forgot...don't forget to have proper equipment to record what you hear. OK...what else do I need to remember (thinking). If walking close by and you seem faint and have to slowly sliver to the floor, as your blood sugar is off or whatever...it is not your fault that you happend to be right near the band stand or near one of the sets...you just never know who may come to your aid...imagine looking up and seeing ???? standing over you. Oh, what the heck I have all the confidence in the world that you will do well without your Mom's input...after all you learned from the best:>)...I am on my way down, but I will be in disguise, so you may not recognize me...there just might be a new cleaning lady working there for awhile. Word is they hired a new lady on Friday. Enjoy it all, as we all did when I was working on Hamilton. We all took turns watching them tape scenes outside the office and the rest of us were hanging out the windows (only a one story building...thank goodness)watching to hopefully see the stars. We looked like a bunch of nitwits for sure, especially when one would shout out there is so and so and both windows would have 10 heads or I should say bodies stuck (more like hanging out the window)...they could have made a comedy on us. Just Enjoy it all.

Love Ya,
Mom (known to some as the mysterious cleaning lady)

Wow, I don't blame a filming crew for coming to your office, it is so pretty! Can't wait to hear the details. I remember they filmed an episode of "Scarecrow and Mrs. King" at my office years ago (a Christmas episode) and I got an ornament off of the tree! Fun stuff.

Hugs,
Dena
