I don't know about you, but I still believe in the magic that is Santa Clause.
I always have.
I always will.
And guess what? This particular jolly old elf came from the Dollar Tree several years ago. I know! He's about 2-3 feet tall and is made out of some sort of plaster mold. Yes, I am kicking myself for not getting more.

I believe too, I am sittin here right now with a Santa hat on getting ready to go to a breakfast at my Sister's house. We are making Christmas candy and cookies and will be having a JOLLY 'ole time! Ho Ho Ho! Have a blessed day!

His face is just full of character! Oh, it's looking lovely over here, Kim. Just don't ever lose the old store up there on the banner. (Well, I shouldn't say that; it's your blog!) I love that it greets me every time I visit. Fills me with wonderful nostalgia when gasoline was 19 cents. No, you wouldn't remember those days. I barely do!

It actually looks like wood, does he hang on the wall? it's hard to tell from the close up shot.
I just found your blog and have spent my lunchhour reading. I too love to thrift and garage sale. My husband says my house is "late basement/early attic" style. Although born and raised in a rural area, I'm now a suburbanite (who will always miss the country.) I'll "lurk" often.
How cute is that? I would be kicking myself for having not bought more as well! Dollar Tree, really? I never would have known.

I have not been in a dollar store in probably 10 years. I've been hearing about all the great deals so I stopped in one recently.....WOW! I found so many cute little things....even a PINK dish drainer!
