Look at these vintage aprons made of old towels. Heaven. I found these at my favorite little thrifty place. Aren't they just delicious? If the weather permitted I would just leave them out on the line. Gosh, they make me happy out there.
And guess what- I am throwing in the apron too. Just leave a comment here and the one below could be yours. The orange stripes are perfect for your Fall decorating and cookie baking.
You have until noon on Sunday to enter your name. Good luck!
I have had the same apron for well over 10 years now.... honest! I just this week started trying to sew myself one. This would be a nice win for me right now ;)
Oh how cute! Did the same person make them? I love that they're all different and yet are tied together by the way they're sewn. Oh SSG would love to have a laundry line ...
Your aprons are wonderful! I know you live somewhere in VA and since I am in NC just 12 miles from the VA border, I may have to come up your way for a thrift shop spree.
What beautiful pictures. I think I need a clothes line now. I miss the days of hanging clothes out on the line. Maybe that is why I don't like transferring the clothes from the washer to the dryer. Only part of laundry I don't like. Your pictures made me so nostalgic. You have a very beautiful blog. Debbie
Oh for heaven's sake - can't I just have them all!!!! You know I love aprons and I've never seen any like these. I actually got to buy 6 old aprons today from a friend - can't wait to wear one tomorrow. They look absolutely beautiful out on your line! Enjoy them and the sunshine! Cathy
One woman's story of her little farm and old general store...decorating, yard sales, vintage, trash to treasure, the garden, family, friends, the beagles, the cats and one wonderful, amazing husband- otherwise known as the Fella.
