They were pretty and shabby and actually perfectly fine without any of my help, but I wanted to jazz them up a bit.
After a bit of red paint on the frame...
What do you think? I love it. IT. I ran out of red spray paint!!! I could not finish the other one. Trust me, it's on the shopping list for this coming weekend. It's Rustoleum Colonial Red in satin finish in case you are interested- I don't think I have bought it all...yet.

Hard to believe you would allow yourself to run out of red spray paint, Kim! I don't hate you, I just wonder how you happen upon such great deals. Must have good karma. I love these finds. Right up my alley. The background almost looks like chalkboard paint! I absolutely love the frame red. You know I do!

The red looks so much better. There are a few picture frames that I have been debating about whether to paint but I think you convinced me that it is a good idea!
What a difference...I did the same thing to some of my frames..in red and I love them. Just gorgeous...isn't it fun??
