Like a little bit of Christmas in June- to the tune of .5 per ornament. There were 35. Did I count them? No. The little lady at the sale did though. The grand total $1.75. Funny, because if she had forgone the counting I was going to offer $2 for the box. Merry Christmas to me!
And yardsaling makes me thirsty, so I picked up this great old water bottle with an old red plastic lid- .25!
Old tile pieces always grab my attention. They are great decorations in your potted flowers or garden. This one was .25. I love the green and yellow.
And BellaMomma has her eye on this little piece. She collects these. And I can't remember what they are called or who makes them. Anyone? I have found two of them recently.
I can't wait to head out again soon and find more. What is it they say? Oh yeah- there is always more where that came from...more sales, more thrift stores, more hunts.

Girl, you are blessed by the rummage GODS! I have yet to find anything really worthwhile this season. In all honesty, I did find a cookbook stand and a little wreath holder that I love but that's it! Hmmm, maybe I need to heard your way! LOL.

Love the ornaments...LOVE them. You do find the most amazing things. GIve up the strong hold on the yard sale fairy, won't ya?
You are always so lucky! I don't think people around here own anything like those things to begin with...
Those ornaments would be so cute in a basket or bowl at Christmas.
Wow, what finds! I'm eager to see what you find next.
I get goofy when I see ornaments like that! What an awesome find. Thanks for sharing!
Blessings

I love the ornaments what a great find! And you porch is so inviting!
Man, I can't believe the luck you have. Our sales around here are mostly old electronics and vhs tapes. I need to go to estate auctions to find the goodies and those are rare around here.
BellaMomma has a good eye!

Found you by way of Dawn. What great finds. The vase is very unique haven't seen anything like it, and I picked up a garbage bag full of old christmas ornaments at the Salvation army for about a dollar. They begged me to take them. Looking forward to pulling them out at Christmas. Jackie
I can just see the little old lady counting them up and then using her scratch paper and pencil to tally it all up...good find!
I think YOU should be called Serendipitous Girl! : )
i am soooooo jealous. i love those vintage ornaments. i bought some last year, but not at your price. you are a lucky, lucky girl.
Is that little vase about 4" tall with a sandy texture to it? I collect those; my first having come from Germany via my great-grandmother and I am 58. I now have 4 and just love them all. They are all very similar, paint color being the difference. In my book, you had a boon day. I simply adore old glass ornaments. I recently gave my collection to my daughter who l oves them, too; along with our dear Christmas tree as we are downsizing decorating for the holidays. I'll still get to see them but I won't have to put them away! LOL I can still help put them up, though!!!
Congratulations on your finds. I am off to check Friday yard sales. Tomorrow there is a huge consignment auction in Farmington and I will be there!
Vintage ornaments! My absolute fav! It's almost Saturday morning and time for more yard sales! xo, suzy
