I'm a little teapot...

I found this little teapot while out thrifting last week. It's handmade and I love the paint finish. And remember those sunflowers my mother-in-law brought me almost two weeks ago- they are practically vintage themselves, but still beautiful.

I must confess I've been holding out on you guys. The thrifting has been really good lately. I have some fun posts coming up soon and stay tuned for my very first giveaway.

My favorite part of the week has finally arrived- the weekend. And it promises to be a preview of Summer with temperatures near 90 degrees. And as you read this I am out of the office. I've escaped the clutches of my desk and computer. I will still be working, but I will doing so poolside at the house of a board member. And I am not kidding.

Have a wonderful weekend, dear friends.

Awww, I used to always sing that song with my niece when she'd get bored in restaurants.

Here I sit at my desk (at lunch) looking out my window wishing I was enjoying the day. It's raining here though.

The teapot is wonderful. Perfect for flowers.
Have a great day.

Sunflowers are the most cheerful flowers, aren't they! Glad to hear you're poolside and not chained to a desk. Takes a load off my mind! I wanted to say I really love your blue and white sidebar. (Or that's what color it comes up as on my monitor anyway.)
