Painting the town red...

Please meet my new best friend.

I can't stop. This weekend I spray painted until my fingers were cramping. I don't have before pictures. I know, I know- I'm really sorry. But here are the Afters...

I only stopped when I ran out of paint. I'm also doing an old rocking chair in white for the front porch. I will show you that soon. I highly recommend the paint pictured above. I found it at Home Depot.

Spray paint is the best invention ever! You have done some beautiful stuff with it. Love the red!

Isn't it amazing how you can completely change the look of something just by spray painting it. Love the colonial red you chose. Nice job!!!

I love red! Since my furniture is bright red I cannot have anything else red, it would jsut be silly. I went through a phase where I was painting everything black. Now I am painting everything the Robin's egg color that I found over at "notes from a cottage industry". I can feel winds of favorite colors are changing for me. I am moving to a tiny cottage so I think that I will paint everything a bright bright white. I also think I will paint everything at the shop rustic creams.

Love, love, love spray paint! In fact, that colonial red is probably my very favorite color. That is the shade of the shuttered bi-folds that seperate my kitchen from the laundry/pantry area. I love how the pop of red just brings me "up" :0)
Gotta say I love that little table and I cannot wait to see what you did with the rocker.

Oh I know what you mean, I have a can of black just waiting for me to find a minute and I still have a can of red in the garage with an idea or two when I find a minute. I love all of your results, especially that cute table :)
