There is no place like home...

As you read this I am in Roanoke. I will only be gone a few days but I know I will be homesick for my husband, my family, my animals, for all of you guys and for all of this...

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I can't wait to get home and visit with all of you. I really can't wait to get home, take a deep breath, and relax.
I will return on Wednesday...have a great week.

I love the beautiful red flower. And the birdhouse is adorable. Is that lettuce in the last picture? Yummers?

Hurry home! It's in the 80's here today - not too fall-like. Your pictures are beautiful. Do you happen to know the story behind the star you have hanging in your window? I'd like to know what it means....because I have one and people always ask me what it means:) UmK. Thanks!

Hope your time in Roanoke goes well. I think I want to live "here". Those pictures are just beautiful. Need a renter? LOL!
See you when you return.

Hi Kim
I've missed you. Hope you had a good time in Roanoke. Love the pictures you posted today. Reminds me of the few years we lived in the country in an old farmhouse, when I was young like you!
Hugs, Rhondi
