A Good Samaritan and a little Goodwill...

I wish I could take credit for being a good person doing good deeds. Nope. All I am is a thrifting shopaholic that spent lunch at the Good Samaritan Thrift Store and dinner at Goodwill yesterday. I discovered that the GSTS is only 4.5 miles from my office. Can we spell t-r-o-u-b-l-e? And I have to pass the Goodwill to get home. I'm lying. I pass the Goodwill if I choose a certain way to go home. After today I am taking a self imposed thrifting break. Okay, I'm probably lying again. But I am going to try. I swear.

Here is what I found yesterday. I am in love with the Christmas tablecloth ($2.99) and the little blue box which was .39!

This tablecloth sure is putting me in the Christmas spirit. I can't wait to use it. I hope you enjoy my treasures today and maybe find some of your own...

I think there needs to be a twelve-step program for us Goodwill shopaholics. Seriously. I have so much stuff that I needs to open a store. Ohhhhh, you HAVE a store. You need to open that store.

That basket in the second picture appears to be the perfect size to hold a bottle of wine:)

LOVE your treasures! My sister is a thrift store regular. I am always amazed at what she finds.

I'm more of an auction girl myself. There are two this weekend!!

Lucky you! I also ADORE the Christmas tablecloth! Thanks for all of your nice comments! We get our tomatoes from friends now and then. We have 4 tomato plants and they are not producing even though I have babied them all summer!

Yes I know...my house can get quite cluttered...but darn it... it is such fun. Love your finds..i found a similiar tablecloth for christmas that I am dying to use as well. I think your little plates inside the round basket look cute...I would keep them like that and put them on top of a cabinet. cherry

Oh my, what wonderful treasures you found, espcially the tablecloth. I love thrift stores. They are even better than retail stores!
